The admissions open in October. You can start with a visit to the school for a counselling session and get to know about our school culture, teaching methodology and principles. Our Parent Relations Department will be happy to answer all your queries. After confirming that the school meets your expectations and your ward’s needs, you can register and fill up the application form. Interaction with the student is mandatory and can be arranged either immediately or as per convenience and availability. Based on the interaction, admission may be granted to the student, however it is only confirmed after payment of applicable fee.
The academic session starts by end March every year and continues till mid March for the subsequent year.

The School emphasizes on communication skills as it is the most important skill in today’s competitive world. It is for this reason we would like to be associated with University of Cambridge to conduct their Cambridge English Language Assessment (CELA). The certificates are accepted worldwide in all prestigious universities.English is the only language of communication in the school.

School campus has open spaces to play and trained & experienced physical educators have been engaged to ensure that the children participate in age appropriate sports and exercises. Grades 3 to 6 will have a choice of one specialized sport from Badminton, Table Tennis, Football, Karate and Skating. To build a perfect coordination between the mind and soul, Yoga is compulsory for all.
Co-curricular activities form a part of the calendar during school hours throughout the year. Similarly, School promotes skills like creative writing, public speaking, visual arts, performing arts such as vocal music and dance.
A written request must be submitted by the parents and a 'Permission Slip' obtained and shown at the school gate before leaving the campus.
In case a child needs to be absent from school, parents are requested to send a written request for the absence. The leave request is subject to conditions, and may be granted at the discretion of the school.
PICT Model School religiously follows two primary modes of communication; the school almanac and the Beacon, our weekly transaction report. Other than that we can be contacted via emails and phone calls as given on this link.
PTMs are organized on the last Saturday of every month. Time schedule for the same is sent about a week in advance to the parents. Attendance is mandatory for the parents. Should a need arise to meet the teacher, prior appointment can be taken by approaching the school via diary message, email or a phone call.
We believe "teachers should take care of teaching and parents should do parenting". Only then a child feels secure and grows up with confidence. As much as we take care of training the child as a teacher, we would like our parents to take care of the following:
1. Abiding by the policies and regulations, stated in the School Diary, which governs the day to day functioning of the school.
2. Regular monitoring of the child’s performance.
3. Checking and signing the notes in the school diary.
4. Monitoring the FA papers and consulting the concerned educators periodically.
5. Encouraging and supporting the child to participate in all events and competitions.
6. Updating themselves through the Weekly Transaction Report send by mail every Friday.
7. Attending PTMs and Parent Orientation Programme conducted at regular intervals.
